Yes they do. I just sold mine there and they offered me more for it than other surrounding jewelers and pawn shops. They will weigh it and inspect the stones (if any) and make you an offer based on current gold market prices and offer up to 65% of the gold value plus what the determine is the value of the stones. They will also consider resale value as they sometimes sell the pieces they purchase.
